Michael Frankenfeld
Michael has spent 27 years in the transport refrigeration industry, gaining extensive experience with both Thermo King and Carrier, where he served as National Logistics Manager. He later transitioned to a role as Logistics Director for a cold chain distribution company. Throughout his career, Michael recognized a gap in the cold chain sector for parts supply that truly prioritizes customer needs. This insight led to the founding of ATP Cool Refrigeration Parts 15 years ago. Today, Michael is involved in several ventures, including ATP Cool Refrigeration Parts (South Africa), Cool Refrigeration Parts Australia, Am-Solution South Africa, Temptec South Africa, and Thermo Parts Supply.

Bruce Ross
Bruce Ross began his career in the late 90s as a diesel apprentice with Cummins in South Africa before transitioning to Thermo King and then Carrier Transicold. After moving to Australia in the mid-2000s, Bruce served as National Technical Manager for Carrier Transicold Australia and New Zealand. Following 15 years in a local dealership, Bruce co-founded Cool Refrigeration Parts with long-time colleague Michael Frankenfeld, bringing decades of industry experience to the business.
Bruce is responsible for Western Australia.
Gerald D’Souza
Gerald D’Souza has over two decades of experience in the transport refrigeration industry, having worked with Carrier Transicold Australia in key roles, including Victorian Parts Supervisor and National Parts Manager. His expertise in driving change, implementing improvement strategies, and training staff has helped Carrier Transicold become a market leader. Gerald brings this extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence to Cool Refrigeration Parts, ensuring world class service and support for customers.
Gerald is responsible for Eastern Australia.
